This Policy explains McAutumn LLC’s use of cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar browser/device technologies on McAutumn Vintage. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
We may use technologies reasonably necessary for Website operation, security, fraud prevention, shopping cart, checkout, language/session settings, load balancing, legal-policy acceptance records, payment flow, and customer-requested functionality. Disabling necessary technologies may prevent the Website or checkout from functioning.
If analytics is enabled, analytics tools may collect page views, referral/source data, device/browser data, approximate location derived from IP, interactions, and technical performance data. Where consent is legally required before using non-essential analytics, those technologies must remain disabled until valid consent is obtained.
If advertising, retargeting, or social-media pixels are enabled, they may permit measurement or targeted advertising and may fall within statutory concepts such as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising in some jurisdictions. Such technologies should not be enabled unless the Website implements the consent/opt-out controls required for the markets in which they are used.
Where applicable law requires consent, non-essential cookies and similar technologies will not be set/read until the user provides valid consent. Refusing non-essential cookies will not block core purchase functionality. Withdrawal of consent must be as easy as giving consent, and the Website should provide a persistent method to reopen cookie preferences where required.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid universal opt-out mechanism or browser signal for sale/sharing/targeted advertising, the Website will honor it for processing within the law’s scope. Strictly necessary and legally exempt processing may continue.
The live Website should maintain a current cookie/provider list generated from the technologies actually deployed. This Policy intentionally does not name Google, Meta, or another provider unless that provider is actually enabled; adding or removing a provider requires updating the live disclosure where law requires.
Users may delete or block cookies using browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may disrupt cart, login, checkout, payment, fraud prevention, or legal-acceptance functions.
Cookie and similar-technology duration should be proportionate to purpose. Session technologies expire at or after the session; persistent technologies remain only for their configured duration or until deleted, subject to lawful storage needs.
